Cuevasville embarks on ambitious subdivision project

Cuevasville Realty and Development Corp. – the fastest-growing real estate company in the Philippines today – is embarking on an ambitious residential-commercial subdivision project which it envisions to be at par with those of the leading real estate companies in the country.

Ambassador Felimon Cuevas, chairman and chief executive officer of the Cuevas Group of companies, announced that the company’s first foray into the subdivision business officially starts today (Oct. 25) with a groundbreaking ceremony beginning at 9 a.m. at Daang Hari Molino, Bacoor, Cavite.

He said that Cuevasville Subdivision offers an array of basic facilities and amenities that are centrally located within the subdivision rotunda. Phase I of the entire Cuevasville Subdivision has an inventory of about 252 residential lots with varying sizes and 10 commercial lots fronting the Molino’s major thoroughfare. The subdivision is well-planned such that communities have easy access to jogging trails and a multi-purpose hall equipped with children’s playground.

The subdivision is highly accessible to and from Alabang/Filinvest exit, Alabang Zapote Road through the Coastal/Bacoor Molino roads. Also, Cuevasville offers the opportunity to plan, design and build your own home at very affordable cost with cuts ranging from 90 to 226 sqm for residential and 226 to 793 sqm for commercial lots.

Cuevasville, buoyed by its success in its first mall venture in Bacoor, Cavite, is also putting up a much bigger FRC Super Mall in Imus.
