Pacific Mall Lucena, the first shopping and commercial complex in Lucena City, Quezon, opened its doors to the public last month.
Located on a 5.3-hectare prime land at the center of the city, Pacific Mall in envisioned to be the premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination in Quezon, said Arlene Magtibay, vice president of Landco Pacific Corp.
With a total floor area of 48,000 square meters, the three-level mall features a varied selection of boutiques and retail shops, restaurants and cafes, and fast food chains. It also has four state-of-the-art cinemas, amusement arcade, food court, and thematic cluster stall lane. Its anchor store is the five-storey Metro Gaisano Department Store and Supermarket.
"There is a good market here because Lucena City is the trading and commercial center of Quezon," said Magtibay, adding that "the establishment of Pacific Mall will attract customers not only from Quezon but also from nearby towns in Laguna and Batangas, and the island provinces of Masbate, Romblon, and Marinduque."
LPC, one of the countrys biggest real estate developers involved in various commercial center developments, and high-end resort, subdivision and memorial projects located in key areas outside Metro Manila, teamed up with VDC for the Pacific Mall Project.
