The concept, just like in the US is if you buy a subdivision lot in Ayala Greenfield Estates, you are automatically entitled to one golf share as long as you pay the membership activation fee. You don’t have to pay millions for the golf proprietory share, you just activate the share. With most of our competitors, you have to buy a separate golf share."
Golf course construction will go full blast this May and the first nine holes is expected to be completed by summer next year.
