Ayala Greenfield Estates now selling Phase-2 lots

Ayala Greenfield Estates, the premier real estate project of Ayala Land Inc. and Greenfield Development Corp. in Calamba, Laguna, now opens the second phase of its development. Compared to Phase 1, smaller lots ranging from 447-1,064 sqm are now available to buyers who wish to build their dream home from a vantage point like no other a breathtaking balcony view of the Laguna de Bay.
Industry experts say that despite lackluster economic conditions, people are turning to secure and proven investments like an estate lot in an Ayala subdivision because its value will surely appreciate over time, as proven by the companys other large-scale fully integrated communities like Ayala Alabang, Ayala Heights and Ayala Westgrove Heights in Silang, Cavite.
Ayala Greenfield Estates will soon have an all-weather championship golf course designed by world-renowned architect Robert Trent Jones II, acknowledged father of environmental golf design. According to Jun Bisnar, Ayala Land Inc. assistant vice-president, "this is the first time that a golf share for an 18-hole championship golf course and leisure club is being given free to lot owners of a high-end exclusive community. This makes Ayala-Greenfield Estates an authentic "golf community." The concept, just like in the US is if you buy a subdivision lot in Ayala Greenfield Estates, you are automatically entitled to one golf share as long as you pay the membership activation fee. You dont have to pay millions for the golf proprietory share, you just activate the share. With most of our competitors, you have to buy a separate golf share."
Golf course construction will go full blast this May and the first nine holes is expected to be completed by summer next year. Right now, lot owners can already enjoy the multiple amenities and facilities found at the 15-ha. Nature Park: a grand village clubhouse designed by Locsin V Locsin Partners which holds a game room, a gym with massage and steam rooms and a coffee shop.
