PABA, CMAP to hold condo management seminar on May 29, 30

A two-day comprehensive professional development seminar on "Condominium Management" will be conducted by the Philippine Association of Building Administrators Inc. (PABA), jointly with the Condominium Management Association of the Philippines Inc. (CMAP), in cooperation with the Philippine Institute of Building Management Foundation Inc., with its principal offices at the 8th floor of the United Life Building, 837 Arnaiz Avenue (Pasay Road), tel. 819-2656, 892-6037 and fax no. 893-0155.

The seminar is designed for building administrators, property managers, condominium unit owners, developers, contractors, real estate professionals, real estate brokers, bank asset managers, real estate appraisers and other allied trade professionals and entrepreneurs for the country’s building and property management industry, scheduled on May 29 and 30, Thursday and Friday, at 6-9 p.m. at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Conference Center, J.V. del Rosario Foundation Building, Benavidez corner Trasierra Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City.

Val S. Abeng, PABA and CMAP president, said there are growing demand for professional building administrators and property managers from the condominium developers, condominium associations and corporations’ requirements in the operation, maintenance, supervision, administration and management of condominium development projects. In line with the demand for such building and property management professionals, Abeng stated that this being the only seminar for the professional development program available in the field of building and property management industry for the local and global requirements.
