ALI develops premium lots in Alabang

-
In response to sustained real estate activity in Ayala Alabang, property developer Ayala Land Inc. is currently developing a new phase in this self-contained upscale community in Southern Metro Manila

The new phase offering 20 lots only is a joint project with Bank of the Philippine Islands and is a distinct departure from the other phases of this trendy residential subdivision. With lots that range from 518 up to 618 sqm., the new phase was designed as an exclusive cluster with limited access to preserve the privacy of future residents and to provide an extra measure of security.

Named Tamarind Cove, the new phase can be reached through Tamarind Street and is in the neighborhood of the Montessori School. Tamarind Cove adjoins Phase 3 of the Ayala Alabang community where lots range from 700 sqm. to 1,000 sqm. Phase 3 is a quiet section with elegant homes featuring distinct architectural styles.

In keeping with the trend to develop more intimate communities, Tamarind Cove will have its own park where residents can exercise and take brisk early morning walks or leisurely evening strolls. Tamarind Cove residents will still have access to the other parks of Ayala Alabang as well as the two community tennis courts, six basketball courts and a swimming pool located in other phases of the village, explained project manager Bobby Dy. But should they prefer not to drive, they can enjoy the Tamarind Cove park. "We’ve envisioned it as a place where residents can meet each other and where they can better enjoy the outdoors," he said.
