Laguna BelAir IIIs over 2,300 homes are expected to be fully taken up by yearend, according to Empire East Land first vice president for operations Maricen Jalandoni.
"Laguna BelAir has emerged as the most successful community of its kind south of Metro Manila," Jalandoni said. "This is largely due to an innovative masterplan, excellent amenities, accessible location and affordable payment terms."
