Housing developer Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. continues to reap the gains of a growing market demand for its flagship project Laguna BelAir, with sales of house-and-lot packages and individual home lots at its third phase already hitting the 85 percent mark.
Laguna BelAir IIIs over 2,300 homes are expected to be fully taken up by yearend, according to Empire East Land first vice president for operations Maricen Jalandoni.
"Laguna BelAir has emerged as the most successful community of its kind south of Metro Manila," Jalandoni said. "This is largely due to an innovative masterplan, excellent amenities, accessible location and affordable payment terms."
Turnover is under way for the first batch for completed residential units at LBA III. New amenities and facilities such as a village chapel, a new building for the LBA School and a childrens play area with water feature located at the entrance of LBA III have been completed.
LBA III is showcasing seven country-style, American-inspired model houses that boast larger floor and lot areas. Dubbed Audrey, Brenna, Chloe, Daphne, Corinne 2, Denise 2 and Francine 2, they are designed to cater to growing families with added features such as a porch, a carport, a maids room and an extra toilet and bath on the second floor.
The centerpiece of LBA III is a two-hectare park of its own that will feature a flower and butterfly garden, an aviary, picnic huts, mini-parks, a jogging trail, covered walkway, an elevated view deck, a pavilion, a learning resource center and a man-made lagoon outfitted with a boat quay.
Located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, a high-growth center in the Calabarzon, Laguna BelAir is within commuting distance from Metro Manila via the South Luzon Expressway and the Metro Manila Skyway. The plants and offices of multinational corporations such as Ford, Toyota, Honda, Isuzu and Coca-Cola are in the immediate vicinity, as well as prestigious schools including Brent International School, St. Scholasticas College and La Salle and Leisure spots such as the Enchanted Kingdom and Splash Island.
