The Community Innovations Inc. (CII), an Ayala Land subsidiary, announces it has sold 50 percent of all residential units of the first Tower of The Columns, Ayala Avenue.
The Columns, Ayala Avenue, a three-tower residential condominium complex on Ayala avenue corner Sen. Gil Puyat (Buendia) avenue, was formally launched only last Jan. 29. The launch, which was timed with Chinese New Year festivies, carried the theme: "Good luck. Good fortune. Good location."
The model units feature the three available types: studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The Glorietta 3 model units on the third floor, were designed by Environments Collaborative, Sophia Ojeda and Tina Periquet, respectively.
Angela De Villa-Lacson, CII president, says the projects noteworthy sales performance only reflects the impressive features of the project.
All three towers are of 30-storeys, the first seven storeys of which will include a podium of parking and restaurants with al fresco dining.
The seventh floor is the Recreational Club, a 7,000-square meter of space spanning the three buildings. Amid lush greeneries, the Club hosts a 25-meter lap pool, a kiddie pool, gym and fitness center, a day-care center with indoor and outdoor play areas for residents children, a game room with mini-theater, a communal wine cellar, an exercise circuit along the jogging path, transient rooms from residents guests, a multi-purpose outdoor area, barbecue areas, and meditation alcoves.
The Columns, Ayala Avenue targets young urban achievers and starting families who desire quality home living at the heart of the Makati central business district. Its introductory advertising campaign is focused on the statement: "Live a few steps from everything."
