Imagine a place where horsing around is the order of the day.
Laguna Properties Holdings, Inc. (LPHI) will introduce the unique concept of ranch lots in its splendidly masterplanned Hacienda Sta. Monica development in scenic Lipa, Batangas. Ranging in size from 4,000 to 5,000 square meters, the ranch lots are being conceptualized with the help of Metropolitan Association of Racehorse Owners (MARHO) chairman Sandy Javier. The idea of ranch lots was a direct offshoot of the numerous inquiries from buyers about the possibility of raising horses in their lots.
"The lots are designed for horse lovers who will surely appreciate the ample space," says LPHI president Manuel Colayco Jr.
And aside from the spacious lot cuts, the property will feature thoughtful amenities such as horse trails, bull rings, a blacksmith and even a store chockfull of equine accessories, feeds and supplements. A veterinarian would always be on call, and horse caretakers would always be on hand for headache-free services. For added convenience, a horse ranch design firm is ready to extend its services for both novices and veteran horse raisers who can now realize their dream ranch in cool Lipa already a known haven for horse breeders because of its cool climate.
Hacienda Sta. Monica also features a 64-hectare portion that offers farm lots ranging from 750 to 1,500 square meters as well as hacienda lots that reach as big as 5,000 square meters. Hacienda lots are ideal for recreational and commercial farming, as well as aquaculture. A 15-hectare residential village with a separate entrance is also offered, with lot sizes ranging from 150 to 300 square meters. It is designed to accommodate existing LPHI houses.
