Being above it all, literally at Ayala Greenfield Estates

Nineteen is a significant number for retired pharmaceutical executive Ben Peczon. As a young man fresh out of school, he packed his bags and headed west to the United States to seek a better life. He stayed there for 19 years, living mostly in Boston Massachusetts where he settled with his wife and started a family.
But in his heart, Ben yearned to come home. So the Peczons again packed their bags and did just that. Ben soon found his extensive experience and education (furthered in the US) put to good use at United Laboratories, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the country. He recently retired from his post after working there for 19 years, and eagerly looks forward to moving into his new home in the posh and exclusive Ayala Greenfield Estates in Calamba, Laguna.
"The best thing we like about it is the elevation. Were above the pollution," observes Ben. His daughter, TV news personality Cristina Peczon, agrees, adding" "The view is fantastic!"
Being above it all literally and figuratively is what this joint-venture subdivision of Ayala Land, Inc. and Greenfield Development Corporation offers. Rising to 315 meters above sea level at its highest point, Ayala Greenfield Estates affords its residents and guests a breathtaking 360-degree view of Laguna de Bay, Manilas skyline, Lagunas plains, the Tagaytay ridge and Mt. Makiling.
The Peczons are no strangers to the quality development of Ayala Land, Inc. They were among the first residents of Ayala Alabang. Ben says, "Were familiar with the Ayala way of running its properties."
"I lived for a while with my grandmother at Ayala Heights, Quezon City, so Im comfortable with the Ayala security which is very important, especially these days," Cristina adds.
And when they took a look at the picturesque Calamba property for themselves, the Peczons were promptly smitten. "You know," Ben waxes romantic, "buying a property is like falling in love. My wife, in particular, fell for Ayala Greenfields Estates charms."
As for Ben himself? "I want to live there." He declares with a smile.
The family cant wait to make the move from their present home in Quezon City to the sprawling, clean, and cool environs of the new Ayala Land residential subdivision. "Im really looking forward to moving in," says Ben, and reveals that they plan to do so before Christmas making them the very first residents of Ayala Greenfield Estates.
When asked what he feels about the distance from Metro Manila, Ben says, "you know what? From Ayala Greenfield to Makati, youre on four lanes all the way, "and travel is a comfortable ride."
Cristina, for her part, welcomes the break from the oft-chaotic metropolis. "Thank God, at Ayala Greenfield, well be away from all of that," she exclaims.
Thus, it is no surprise that the Peczons will live in their new abode twenty-four-seven. Its not going to be a rest house for the weekend. "We will live there every day," Ben underscores.
Theres even more value for buyer for the Ayala-Greenfield Estates properties now, with the future construction of a Robert Trent Jones II-designed championship golf course which was recently launched via a high-profile event at Peninsula Manila.
