The Community Innovations Inc. (CII), an Ayala Land company, carves a record of firsts within its first year of public introduction in the sphere of providing homes for upwardly mobile professionals and growing families.
Angela dV. Lacson, CII president, reports that the second phase of its Verdana homes is on track to re-do the record-setting sales which CII experienced for the first phase of Verdana Homes which is located between Las Piñas and Bacoor.
CII sold out all phase one units of Verdana Homes within one month of its market offering and all signs indicate that phase 2 is headed toward another sterling record.
At a press conference early this year, Lacson said that CII is committed to its vision of "building communities that stand the test of time." This, as CII provides innovations in its quality properties which meet customers aspirations while being affordable.
Verdana Homes roster of features readily provides the reasons for its spectacular success. The individual homes provide significant customer input in construction and style. The project has a spacious clubhouse for neighborhood functions, landscaped gardens with fruit trees, fully-stocked playground for children, jogging paths, basketball and tennis courts.
There is also a CII ace in its ability to draw upon the resources of its parent company Ayala Land, for the maintenance and support of Verdana Homes. Its after-sales service of providing round-the-clock security and water supply is an asset that separates CII from other developers that suffer from the unwanted "build and forget" syndrome.
Put together, the CII approach to quality living is spelled out in the Verdana Homes at prices that are within reach of the market.
"We count as our target market upcoming executives, professionals and entrepreneurs," Lacson says. These are the people who know quality and value for money.
In design, the 25-hectare development, evokes the essence of charming, comfortable communities of California hillside suburbs, like those around the San Francisco Bay Area.
Mediterranean-style architecture for the Verdana Homes provide a unified theme that by itself builds community identity while allowing for homeowners personal tastes.
The peaceful place that blends into its environment is sure stress-reducer, yet it is only 10 minutes away from Ayala Alabang and the drive to the Makati business district can be made without much road rage.
The success of Verdana Homes has only whetted the appetite of CII for more great offerings. CII is looking to bring its concept of community building right into the Makati CBD. Its called the The Columns, Ayala Avenue : a high-rise condo complex that implements the CII ideals of quality, affordability and community.
CII innovates by catering to the worthwhile dreams of young urban achievers while drawing from the Ayala Land heritage of community building and good investments. Doubling investments with function, The Columns Ayala Avenue is dream come true for many young urbanites who can now live a stones throw away from work and entertainment enclave with underscoring supplied at reasonable prices.
