Sta. Catalina: New LPHI project in Cavite

-
The newest project of Laguna Properties Holdings, Inc. (LPHI) south of Metro Manila is enjoying warm market reception, indicating that more and more middle-income buyers are putting a high premium on affordability and accessibility.

Barely a month after the launch of Sta. Catalina Village, all the 270 house-and-lot units initially offered in Phase 1 have been sold or reserved. Until now, LPHI is still receiving numerous inquiries.

LPHI president Manuel Colayco Jr. attributes the "overwhelming" market interest in Sta. Catalina Village to its location and its affordability – a trademark of the Ayala Land mass housing subsidiary.

"The initial success of our project at the southern doorstep of Manila shows the market’s preference for affordable housing that’s easily accessible to the metropolis," he noted.

This 41-hectare development along the Molino-Paliparan Road in Cavite will only be 15 minutes away from the Alabang Town Center once the Daang Hari road is completed. At present, it is about an hour from the Makati central business district and 10 minutes from the DLSU-Emilio Aguinaldo College on Aguinaldo Highway.

Many of the developments in the area are either residential or light businesses, which is also one attraction. Terrain is gently rolling and climate is generally cool, making the village an ideal residence.

For more inquiries, call LPHI at 814-7451, 848-5071, 814-7497 and 848-5072.
