$1.7-B New York property project to hold sales blitz in RP

A grand launch for New York’s landmark property project kicks off in Manila on June 19 at the Shangri-La Makati Hotel.

Organizing the special sales blitz is Impact International, Ltd., a US-based property consultant who have been selling upscale property projects to the Philippine market since 1983.

Impact International will formally launch One Central Park Condominiums, the anchor luxury condominium residences of the AOL Time Warner Center in New York City.

AOL Time Warner Center, a $1.7 billion landmark project which sits on a 1.37 hectare property, seamlessly integrates the exclusive One Central Park Condominiums, the luxurious Mandarin Hotel, world class shopping and fine dining at the Palladium retail complex including restaurants by the legendary Jean George Vongerichten and Thomas Keller, Jazz at Lincoln Center and the global headquarters of AOL Time Warner.

One Central Park features two 80-story crystalline towers housing 191 luxury condominium residences starting on the 52nd floor and rising to the 80th floor above the AOL Time Warner Center. Target completion date is third quarter of 2003.

All units have floor to ceiling walls of glass offering sweeping views of Central Park, the Hudson River and the Manhattan Skyline. The units sized ranging from 1,280 sq. ft. to more than 8,400 sq. ft. are priced from $1.9 million to $10 million.

Impact International have managed prestigious projects in New York including the Trump International at the crossroad of 59th and 60th streets, The Central Park Place and The Collonade along the 57th St.
