Metro Point opens at EDSA, Taft junction for people on the go

-
There’s a new shopping center at the crossroads of EDSA and Taft Avenue that promises ultimate convenience to commuters, housewives, office workers and other metro residents who are constantly on the go.

Metro Point, a five-level commercial center linking LRT 1 and MRT 3, is managed by ALI-CII Development Corp. – a joint venture between Ayala Land, Inc. and Concepcion Industries, Inc. It opened last Dec. 1.

Offering a variety of fast services, food and affordable retail outlets, this mid-market mall caters to the needs of budget-conscious people with fast-paced lifestyle and who put a premium on accessibility. It’s for people who value convenience.

Located where two of the busiest public transport systems meet, Metro Point allows the thousands of commuters who take the rail and even those who simply pass through to do quick buys, dine and hunt for bargains at the same time.

With more than 8,000 square meters of leasable space, the commercial center provides comfort and security many shoppers look for in a mall. It also has 66 parking slots in the basement.

The ground floor is anchored by Rustan’s Xxpresslane Supermarket, National Bookstore and Mercury Drug while the second level has outlets offering popular mid-market brands as well as major fastfood chains. The third floor is a discount and bargain place, the fourth has hard goods retail, electronics, computers and appliances, and the fifth has clinics and bazaars.
