A new standard in urban luxury living is born

"From the beginning, we wanted One Roxas Triangle to set a standard in luxury living developments in the country, and hopefully in the region," said Ayala Lands Chairman Fernando Zobel recently in his welcome remarks at the official launch of Ayala Lands most ambitious, highly anticipated residential project to date.
For the first time, the public and the media were treated to a tour of One Roxas Triangle, the 52-story luxury condominium that sprawls across 11,812 square meters of prime lot between Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue.
The cool breeze of the holidays easily gave the evening an added romance, coupled with the women guests coming in colorful, fluid outfits that were so in tune with the welcoming bossa nova music from the Latin band Aquarella performing onstage. For an added entertainment, flamenco dancer Emma Estrada performed to an awed crowd.
Buyers and those privileged few who are already residents of One Roxas Triangle made up the well-heeled crowd that gathered that evening.
With Fernando Zobel leading the ceremonial toast were Ayala Land President Francisco Licuanan, Hongkong Land Limited Chief Executive Robert Sallnow-Smith, and SVP for Asset Management and Trust Account of Bank of the Philippine Islands, Adelberto Legasto. After the toast, the modern minimalist water wall beside the stage was switched on, coupled with a confetti shower that had everyone cheering and applauding.
After the programme at the breathtakingly beautiful lawn, the party continued at the al fresco Parkland located at the podium whose centerpiece is a gorgeous lagoon-type pool. Being surrounded by the lush landscaping, not a few commented it transported them to a truly different place miles away from the hustle and bustle of the business district. Latin dance favorites performed by the band Onda Latina kept the night alive as guests enjoyed the overflowing food and drinks. While some checked the top-of-the-line facilities at the fitness center, sauna, and covered tennis court, not a few took to the earlier invitation to check out the units at the 32nd floor which promised an amazing view of the city.
Now fully completed, One Roxas Triangle is one of the hottest properties on the market thanks in large part to Ayala Lands reputation for excellent property management. The building is said to be at par with the best buildings in New York and Hong Kong where the standards for building technology are extremely high.
