PMRB seminar and review starts Nov 5 at AIM Makati

The Pasay-Makati Realtors Board, Inc. (PMRB) will start its 52nd Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar and Review on Nov. 5 at 6 p.m. at the Asian Institute of Management, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
The PMRB President, Atty. Ariel T. Martinez said that the seminar which ends Nov. 21, 2001, will be composed of an eight-day course held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Speakers and lecturers who are experts in their fields of specialization are lined up to provide comprehensive and in-depth coverage of realty trade.
The course includes all relevant topics such as: Real Estate Brokerage Practice; Subdivision Development; Government Home Financing-Pag-IBIG; Condominium Concept; Assessment & Taxation of Real Property; Legal Requirements for Real Estate Practice; Site Location and Map Reading; B.I.R. Rules & Regulations on Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamps, Zonal Valuation, etc., Documentation and Registration; Market Data, Cost Approach and Income Approach on Property Valuation; Real Estate Mathematics; Legal Aspects of Sale, Lease & Mortgage; Fundamentals of Property Ownership; Basic Principles of Ecology, Urban and Rural Land Use Planning, Development and Zoning; Agrarian Reform Laws and Related Laws, and an intensive review with emphasis of past examinations.
