Georgetown joins PSBank program

First Georgetown Ventures, Inc. (FGVI), developer of Georgetown Lakeview Vacation Estate in Metro Tagaytay, finalized its Buyer’s Financing package deal with Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank).

Under the agreement, prospective house and lot buyers at Georgetown Lakeview Vacation Estate can avail of PSBank’s "Home Free" program. Through this, they can get back the principal amount of their loan, thus making their house and lot package "free." Loan terms range from 15 to 30 years at competitive interest rates fixed for one year.

Buyers only need to pay for the interest for the first five years because of the five-year grace period being offered by the bank. They will start amortizing their loan from the sixth year up to loan maturity.

The program is just one of the many flexible financing terms and special loan packages that Georgetown offers its prospective house and lot buyers.
