Crown Asia launches two major projects

Property developer Crown Asia sets the pace for future subdivisions in northern and eastern Metro Manila with the opening of two major projects this month, with a combined development cost of nearly P1 billion.

Formally opened last September 16, access to the Grande Vita is through Commonwealth Avenue where traffic flow has benefited tremendously from a road-widening project of the government and Bagumbong Road in Novaliches.

With a sprawling expanse of nearly six hectares, Grande Vita has been fully developed at a cost of almost half a billion pesos and is easily accessible community that offers an Italian-countryside inspired setting with luxury and elegance at a price that is within reach.
