Property developer Crown Asia sets the pace for future subdivisions in northern and eastern Metro Manila with the opening of two major projects this month, with a combined development cost of nearly P1 billion.
"This is part of our commitment to lead the way home in our sixth anniversary celebration by giving our future customers bigger and better subdivisions with a wider range of home models," said Marcelino C. Mendoza, Crown Asia chief executive officer.
"Of course, even with the added benefits, we made sure these were still priced within their reach and would definitely give them value for their money," Mendoza said.
First to be opened to the public is Grande Vita near Crown Asias highly successful Tierra Nova in Novaliches, just a few minutes drive from SM City Fairview, Robinsons Mall in Fairview, Nova Mall and Ever Gotesco-Commonwealth. Formally opened last September 16, access to the Grande Vita is through Commonwealth Avenue where traffic flow has benefited tremendously from a road-widening project of the government and Bagumbong Road in Novaliches.
With a sprawling expanse of nearly six hectares, Grande Vita has been fully developed at a cost of almost half a billion pesos and is easily accessible community that offers an Italian-countryside inspired setting with luxury and elegance at a price that is within reach.
Two house models, Florence and Tuscany, with lot sizes from 55 to 150 square meters are available for future residents with contract prices ranging from P800,000 to P1 million that can also be made available through financing with a monthly amortization between P8,000 to P9,000. "A Grande Vita home comes with the satisfaction of knowing that it is a Crown Asia development and has therefore been carefully constructed with the highest quality materials. You cannot beat that kind of an assurance at these affordable prices," Mendoza said.
Florence is a single firewall house, two-bedroom house with a carport and a floor area of 44 square meters. Tuscany, on the other hand, is a three-bedroom townhouse unit with a floor area between 45 to 50 square meters. Only 336 units will be made available in the new subdivision.
Grande Vitas Italian-countryside ambience comes with full amenities like a multi-purpose hall, basketball courts, playgrounds and parks, round-the-clock security and water services. A landscaped and guarded entrance and a perimeter fence assure residents they can live in peace and security amid all the luxury Grande Vita has to offer.
Over in Antipolo City, Crown Asia opens on the 23rd, Groves of Maia Alta, the fifth phase of its premiere master-planned community called Maia Alta. Set in the lush green hills of Antipolo City, Groves of Maia Alta residents can feel secure in all aspects from the design and construction of the houses, to the roads, to amenities like the clubhouse, swimming pool and sports center in a setting inspired by the Italian countryside. With a development cost of P400 million, it is a definite statement that Crown Asia used only the best materials and hired the best people to make Groves of Maia Alta a reality.
Three house models Allona, Andrea and Angelia are available with prices from P1.2M to P2.5M for the complete house and lot. The two-storey ALLONA house has a floor area of 48 square meters with a caprot and a service area. ANDREa takes things a little further with a floor area of 80 square meters with three bedrooms, two toilets and bath, a carport and provision for a lanai. ANGELINA on the other hand has 92 square meters on a minimum lot area of 130 square meters. It has three bedroom with balcony, garage and two toilets and bath.
Clients can also buy lots only, and reservations have to be made quickly as only 150 units are available.
Maia Alta is located within an hours drive from major business and commercial centers in Ortigas and Makati and its location virtually guarantees pollution-free surroundings for you and your family.
