ERA allies with leading service firms

Electronic Realty Associates (ERA) Philippines Inc., the local arm of a global real estate sales and services network, has teamed up with leading service companies for the benefit of home and office buyers under its Preferred Alliance Program.
Chinatrust (Phils) Commercial Bank Corp., Alfox Net, Inc. and Sequtech Corporation have joined ERAs growing list of partner-firms which includes interior design consultant Steven J. Leach, Jr. + Associates Inc., furniture manufacturers Custom Craft Collection and Primafil, Inc. and relocation specialist Quickpack Moving and Storage.
As the first financial institution to link up with ERA, Chinatrust will offer its highly flexible home financing services and facilities to ERAs clients. Sequtech, on the other hand, will make available a sophisticated range of security devices for home and office protection.
Alfox Net will host the erapinoyhomes.com interactive website to enable ERA to link up with the overseas Filipino workers in the region. Alfox Net delivers high-performance solutions for small businesses comprising Internet connectivity, e-mail, website hosting, catalog and networking services such as remote management, firewall protection and software updates. It utilizes the IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite, an award-winning advanced network solution that creates seamless workplace between desktops and Internet.
ERAs Preferred Alliance Program complements its exclusive and innovative package of value-added services set to be launched soon in the local real estate market.
