Sta. Lucia secures sufficient, clean water for Club Morocco, Alta Vista Royale

Sta. Lucia Realty & Development, Inc. has recently signed a water supply franchise contract with Subic Water District (SWD) for its projects located in Subic, speicifically Club Morocco Resort and Residential Estate and Alta Vista Royale Residential Estate.
The signing led by SWD officials past chairman Mary Posadas and chairman Victoria Israel and Sta. Lucia president and CEO Exequiel D. Robles and water-engineering officials ensures ample and safe water for future residents of said property. The MOA dictates a new deepwell for the two residential estates to compensate for the existing deepwell. The SWD will also inspect the internal pipeline network laid out by the developer and do hydro testing. For its part, Sta. Lucia will undertake completion of additional facilities such as the 200 cubic-meter reservoir and pumping equipment essential to the water system. After satisfactory compliance by SLR and stringent inspection by SWD, the day-to-day operation of managing the water supply system will be left to the care of SWD.
"Club Morocco and Alta Vista Royale are not that of typical residential developments, we aim to provide our residents the easy ambience and relaxed lifestyle the concept evokes," said Robles.
Club Morocco, located at Cabitangan, Subic, Zambales some 20 minutes from Subic Freeport, is beyond standard.
