Camella Homes goes full swing in Teresa, Rizal development

Camella homes is expanding further into Rizal with the completion of several stylish model houses for La Hacienda and offering lot inventories in Alta Montagna, which is set to be two of their biggest affordable housing projects in the town of Teresa.

Marcelino C. Mendoza, Camella Homes chief executive officer, said they chose to develop in Teresa because it is near Metro Manila to allow daily travel, yet removed far enough to enable residents to escape from the fast-paced life and the pollution.

Mendoza added that aside from these, the present leadership of Teresa has developed the town enough to have wide cemented roads and the communication infrastructure but have been able to maintain the town’s old-world charm and cleanliness.

"With a healthy environment and the warm and friendly residents, we sincerely believe that by offering affordable housing we will encourage more people to live in these wonderful surroundings," Mendoza said.

La Hacienda model houses are open for viewing. Visitors can already pick up ideas on how to give the exterior and living space of their would-be homes a personal touch since these models are fully finished and livable which includes interior designs that best maximize living space.
