Peugeot Philippines supports Ateneo tennis

MANILA, Philippines – Peugeot Philippines and the Ateneo de Manila University Athletics Office recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement that is set to significantly push the development of the latter’s tennis program.

With the agreement, Peugeot Philippines will support the Ateneo Tennis Team throughout the 2015-1016 UAAP season. “Peugeot and Ateneo share many similarities, among them the fact that both institutions have a long, storied history of excellence in more than one field.

Peugeot’s commitment to Dual Expertise, which ensures the development of products that are top tier in both engineering and design, is mirrored by Ateneo’s commitment to developing students who excel in both academics and sports.

“Supporting Ateneo’s tennis program was but natural for us, Peugeot being the major partner of the French Open for more than 30 years,” explained Glen Dasig, Peugeot Philippines president during the MoA signing.
