MANILA, Philippines – Chevron International Products, which markets the Caltex brand of fuels and lubricants globally, has continued to build trade partnerships so that its retailers can take advantage of the ASEAN economic integration in 2015.

This was stated by Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI) Value Chain Optimization Manager Gary Castillo during this year’s Franchise Asia Philippines (FAP) Expo held at SMX Convention Center with the theme “Conquering an Integrated ASEAN.”

Castillo said, “We have an unwavering commitment to being a good partner that’s focused on building productive, collaborative, trusting and beneficial relationships. The economic integration holds great promise for the transport energy market and we are making sure our present and soon-to-be retail partners are positioned to take advantage.”

Caltex has recently celebrated its 50th 7-Eleven store, opened Bosch Service Centers in Luzon, and launched the Happyplus Rewards Program with Jollibee Foods Corporation.  “These partnerships allow Caltex business partners to view the ASEAN integration as an opportunity to grow their businesses. Our participation and support of FAP Expo highlights this view,” added Castillo.
