Mitsubishi Motors Corp president pays courtesy call on PNoy

MANILA, Philippines - President Benigno Aquino III welcomes Osamu Masuko, president of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC Japan) during the latter’s courtesy call at the Malacañang Palace. Together with Masuko were Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corp. (MMPC) president and CEO Hikosaburo Shibata and other MMC and MMPC executives. Masuko explained to President Aquino the plan of MMPC to enhance MMPC production capability by purchasing the closed plant of Ford Group Philippines. This is to support the expected increase in vehicle demand in the coming years.
