Peugeot continues aggressive dealer network expansion

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Local Peugeot importer Eurobrands Distributor Inc. (EDI) embarked on an aggressive dealer development program in 2013—so much so that the Philippine distributor was awarded the 2013 International Award for Network Development by Peugeot. This impressive feat delivers a very clear message—that Peugeot is here to stay, and that the French automotive brand will go to great lengths to service the Filipino car-buying public.

“Our aggressive dealer development program has allowed us to extend our reach to practically every key area in the country. Aside from four full sales and service dealerships in Metro Manila, we have dealerships in north and south Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao. This program will continue throughout this year. Already, plans are afoot for the construction and completion of at least three new dealerships in 2014. The message is loud and clear: Peugeot is here to stay,” said Jay Cruz, Sales and Dealer Development Director of EDI.

With Peugeot dealerships mushrooming all around the country, Filipino car buyers are assured of easy access to its premium product offerings—the 3008 Crossover, the 5008 compact MPV, the 508 executive sedan , the RCZ sports car, and the new Expert Tepee family van. In 2014, several new products are set to arrive to augment this already impressive line-up. Peugeot is a world leader in diesel technology and its Philippine product offerings feature the fuel-saving Micro-Hybrid system.
