Experience a Waku-Doki festival at the Vios Cup

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Last October 12, 2013, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) was set to hold the very first Vios Cup. Unfortunately, due to Typhoon Santi that hit the region, TMP had to postpone the motorsports festival to put everyone’s safety at the forefront.

This January 25, the Vios Cup is back! The number one automobile company in the country invites you to experience waku-doki, or heart-racing fun, at the Clark International Speedway in Pampanga! After a short drive from Manila, get to witness an electrifying racing competition of 12 cars driven by some of your favorite celebrities like Rhian Ramos and Aljur Abrenica, models and media personalities.

Watch them go wheel-to-wheel as they compete to become the first champion in the Vios Cup Exhibition Race. Led by the bestselling vehicle in the Philippines, the Cup will see the Vios “race-ready” dashing in the tracks of the speedway.

Immerse yourselves in true waku-doki style as TMP brings other events that will leave your heart beating in excitement. Get to try go-karting, bungee runs and reverse bungees at this grand event made not just for gearheads but for everyone who knows how to have fu.!

Aside from the racing competition, rock it out with the Ely Buendia and Spongecola as they intend to leave the Vios Cup visitors with a concert that is every bit as fun. Lastly, party with DJ Nina as she spins to the latest and freshest beats that will give everyone a rush of adrenaline and excitement!

Start the year on the right track with the Vios Cup Exhibition Race! The fun starts at 10:00 am this Saturday, January 25.
