BPI Family Auto Loan presents 2013 MIAS

Angel Rivero - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The country’s biggest motoring event—the MIAS (Manila International Auto Show)—is turning up again at the World Trade Center this April 4-7, 2013, and it shall be presented once again by BPI Family Auto Loan. This year’s theme is ‘Innovation and Technology’, and the organizers are anticipating around 100,000 spectators and car enthusiasts to visit the more than 300 vehicles on display, including new car launches. It is BPI Family Auto Loan’s third straight year to present the car event.

“We see continued interest in Filipinos to bring home their own cars during the yearly Manila International Auto Show,” said David Sarmiento, Jr., Senior Vice President and Auto Loans Division Head. “Thus, we are thankful for our continuous partnership with Worldbex for MIAS as it is in line with our commitment to make it easy for Filipinos to own their brand-new cars,” he explained.

The BPI Family Auto Loan booth will be offering on-site and online loan-processing options, alongside special, low loan rates and free comprehensive insurance with acts of nature coverage. As an added treat, the company is also holding a BPI Day on April 6, Saturday, providing free entrance to the MIAS for everyone who can present an existing BPI ATM card or BPI credit card.

At the event, the BPI Family Auto Loan booth will also be introducing a new product: The First Car Plan – which is a unique plan that offers easy downpayment (as low as only 10 percent of the car price) and light amortization terms (for up to 72 months!) for first-time car buyers or young professional. The plan will likewise benefit from the free comprehensive insurance that BPI has been offering.

“We are very excited to introduce our First Car Plan at the 2013 MIAS. We want to effectively respond to the needs that we see in the market and encourage our young professionals to bring home their dream cars at this time in which the country is experiencing a stellar economic performance,” remarked BPI Family Savings Bank President, Teodoro Limcaoco.

Five of the most popular and economical entry-level cars will be eligible for BPI Family’s First Car Plan, and these vehicles, alongside further promo details, may be accessed by visiting: www.bpiloans.com and clicking on the First Car Plan link.

The MIAS is now on its 9th year in the Philippines, and is going stronger than ever. Catch the big display of cars the weekend after Easter Sunday, and don’t forget to swing by the BPI Family Auto Loan booth.
