Drift Fest held at Clark Speedway

MANILA, Philippines - Drift king Ian King and his Car Porn Racing Team opened the widely attended Drift Fest at Clark Speedway in Pampanga, recently. The Drift Fest was attended by both amateurs and pros and was judged by noted drift and racing enthusiasts Kim Garcia, Kevin Tayao, and Paolo Arespacochaga. They also collaborated with racing legend George Ramirez to help organize the event.

The event was also graced by celebrity racer Ryan Agoncillo, who opened the Professional circuit rounds. Goodyear bigwigs Gerry Alava and Gibbi Peñaflor, Liquimoly marketing director Ben Ong and RunStop’s Marc Ong awarded the prizes to the winners while Star World’s Senior Marketing Manager for Entertainment Charo Espedido represented the Fox International Channels.

The Drift Fest Awards included Best Ass Scrapper, Best Tandem Partners, Fastest Drift Entry Speed, Consistent Clipper, 2nd and 1st Runner-up Novice, 2nd and 1st Runner-up Professional and Champion Novice and Professional. Struan Wallace of Wreckless Inc. and his team were filmed the action throughout the day. 

Drift Fest was supported by Goodyear Racing, LiquiMoly, TopTul, Car Porn Racing, Speed Lab, HKS Super Oil, RunStop, Rockstar Energy Drink, Wreckless Inc., SoHotel and Victoria Court.
