New Caltex Station Opens in Imus, Cavite

MANILA, Philippines - Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI), marketer of the popular Caltex brand of fuels and lubricants, recently held the grand opening of its Caltex service station located in Bantayan, Imus, Cavite. The newly-opened Caltex station is part of Caltex’ strategy to aggressively grow its network and locate facilities in strategic growth centers around the country. It also provides motorists from the growing residential, and commercial centers in Imus with access to safe top quality fuels and lubricant products.

According to Rafael Medina, CPI Manager for Greater Manila Retail District, the newly opened Caltex station is proof that the Caltex brand is growing. “We will continue to serve the community by managing clean and environment-friendly operations in our service stations, keeping in mind the satisfaction of our customers,” he added. Imus Mayor Homer Saquilayan welcomed and expressed his appreciation to Caltex because investments such as these provide employment to residents of the city.

Caltex is growing its retail service station network by strategically locating its new outlets in key growth areas throughout the country. Ten new stations have been opened so far of the targeted 20 outlets for the year.

The Caltex brand of fuels are Caltex with Techron®, Caltex Diesel with Techron D®, Caltex E10 with Techron® – all designed to deliver lower emissions, higher performance and cleaner engines. While Caltex lubricants are Caltex Havoline®, Caltex Delo®, and Caltex Revtex® 2T and 4T which give quality and protection for gasoline, diesel and motorcycle engines, respectively.
