Nissan Opens First Major Auto Dealership in Bataan

-

MANILA, Philippines - Nissan Motor Philippines, Inc. (NMPI) opened its doors to more customers in Luzon, as it recently inaugurated Nissan Bataan with the Laus Auto Group (LAG). Located at the exit point of SCTEX Interchange in Hermosa, Bataan, the opening of Nissan Bataan marks an important milestone for NMPI as it celebrates its 28th anniversary this month.

Present during the inauguration rites of the dealership were Bataan Governor Tet Garcia, Hermosa Municipality Mayor Danilo Malana, NMPI President and CEO Allen Chen, Universal Motors Corporation Chief Operating Officer Elizabeth Lee and LAG Chairman and CEO Levy Laus.

After recently introducing its all-new vehicles – Nissan Sentra200, Nissan X-Trail CVT and Nissan Teana – NMPI is now strengthening its objective to make its products and services accessible to its consumers. “This new addition to NMPI’s family signals the company’s continuous commitment to bring quality vehicles closer to its consumers and to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction with reputable partners such as LAG, one of the biggest auto dealerships in the country,” said Allen Chen, NMPI President.

This new site is located at the center of the country’s growth triad corridor that includes the Subic Metropolitan Authority and Metro Manila. It is equipped with a total of eight workbays that include six workbays with three 2-post lifters, 4-post lifter and one car wash bay. With this new dealership, Nissan’s world-class service, comparable to all Nissan dealerships in other countries, is made available to consumers at the province recognized as one of the progressive investment destinations.

In addition to providing its customers with only quality vehicles, NMPI also takes great pride in offering valuable after-sales service. “We believe that our role does not end with the purchase of a vehicle, which is why we give life-long customer support to each and everyone of them,” Chen said. “Our customer satisfaction rating has been consistently high and the feedback we receive from customers are usually positive and satisfactory.”

According to the 2010 Philippines Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study released by J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Nissan ranked fourth in customer satisfaction in terms of delivery process, facility and paperwork among other factors. Nissan is also one of only two car manufacturers that improved its rating this year, and one of the top five companies which scored above the total industry average.

Nissan Bataan is a welcome addition to Nissan dealer network strategically located throughout the country: Nissan Gallery Ortigas, Nissan Gallery Quezon Avenue, Mantrade Development Corp., Nissan Westgate Alabang, Nissan Shaw Center, Nissan North EDSA (Balintawak), Nissan U.N. Avenue Manila, Nissan Southwoods, Nissan Pangasinan, Royce Motors Santiago, Cabanatuan and Pampanga, Nissan Bacolod, Nissan Cebu Distributors, Inc., Nissan Iloilo, Nissan Gallery Cagayan de Oro, Davao Unicar Corporation and Nissan North EDSA (SM Marilao).
