Blessing of BJMP Prisoner Vans

MANILA, Philippines - Last June 25, Foton Motor Philippines (FMP) and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) held the blessing of Foton Prisoner Vans as part of the latter’s 19th anniversary celebration. These units were distributed to the different BJMP Regional Offices nationwide to aid in their modernization program.

In lieu of BJMP’s 19th anniversary mission of “Enhancing Quality Jail Service through Innovation”, Foton Tornado 2 E-Series Vans will play a role in keeping not only the inmate’s welfare and security but the public as well. With FMP’s proven excellence in customizing body options, these Prisoners’ Vans were perfectly designed and produced using high-quality materials for utmost security and durability. As part of its process, each unit was rigorously tested by the FMP Plant Operations to ensure its functionality before it was released to BJMP officials for another set of test and thorough inspection.
