Motor Image Conducts Special Service Campaign

MANILA, Philippines - Motor Image Pilipinas, the exclusive distributor of Subaru in the Philipines, announces the start of a special service campaign for the month of July highlighted by the first ever automotive dealer night-shift operations and a service program for its 2010 Subaru Legacy and Outback. The special campaign is an initiative made by Motor Image to further improve its service to all Subaru customers. It will also be conducting a special inspection of all 2010 Legacy and Outback models during this time and make the necessary technical rectification as part of a global safety initiative by Fuji Heavy Industries, the manufacturers of Subaru automobiles.

The special service campaign is Motor Image’s response to the fast-paced lifestyle of its customers who are often deep in their work and businesses during weekdays and active with their hobbies and family during weekends. Starting on July 15, the night-shift operations will allow Subaru owners to bring their cars for periodic maintenance and servicing until 6:00 in the evening and get it back first thing in the morning of the following day. Aside from the extended working hours, the Subaru Greenhills facility will also be open to sales and after-sales customers on all Sundays throughout the month of July.

Aside from the night-time service operation, Subaru-Greenhills will also be extending the hours of its new car showroom until 9:00 in the evening in order to accommodate working professionals and businessmen coming from their offices and places of work. Subaru sales consultants will be present to assist them in their queries and requirements while enjoying refreshments.

The move is a first in the industry and reflects the commitment of Motor Image to continually improve its service to its customers. “The night-shift and Sunday operations will alleviate the daily hectic schedule of our customers. Hardworking professionals and executives can now check out the latest Subaru vehicles after their work while Subaru owners can bring their cars for night drop-off. This will let them sleep soundly at night knowing that their Subaru is being taken care of and will be ready the next day,” said Glenn Tan, the Group Chief Executive of Motor Image Enterprises. “This is part of our commitment to set new standards in customer satisfaction and raise the bar in car ownership experience,” he added.

All concerned owners of the 2010 Subaru Legacy and Outback will also be contacted and notified by Motor Image to bring their cars for a special technical campaign. Fuji Heavy Industries, the parent company of Subaru, has identified a problem with the Legacy’s steering roll connector that can easily be rectified. Motor Image has taken the proactive role of informing its customers so it can immediately resolve the concern all free of charge. All 2010 Legacy and Outback owners are also advised to coordinate with Motor Image by calling 727-8333 for any questions or inquiries.
