Cash-on-the-spot Auto Guarantee launched by Monarch Insurance

MANILA, Philippines - Monarch Insurance, the leader in innovative auto insurance, has launched the “Monarch VIP On-the-Spot” Auto Insurance Plan which gives car owners the combined convenience of instant, hassle-free guaranteed payment when a car owner meets with an accident.

VIP policy holders are now free of the hassle and anxiety when involved in an automobile accident. VIP guarantees payment on-the-spot. No more waiting for weeks or months!

“We know the long and tedious process a customer has to go through when they get into an accident on the road. By cutting short the process and paying the client as fast as possible, we build customer loyalty,” Arun Arunachalam, Senior Vice President of Monarch Insurance announced.

Under the new program, Monarch has established a 24-hour assistance center that will receive all calls for help when customers are involved in a car accident. Monarch will send an estimator/assessor to the site of accident within 30 minutes after receiving the call and pay on-the-spot the amount needed to repair the damage.

“Monarch estimates that the client will get his check within an hour after making his call to a 24-hour VIP assistance center,” Arunachalam stresses.

This program eliminates having to wait for hours on the road for a traffic investigator, another lengthy wait at the traffic headquarters while being investigated, then a further wait for a police report, and another few days to get an estimate cost of damage from a workshop. Under the traditional system, the insured has to wait at least 2 weeks just to get his car into a workshop.

With the Monarch “VIP On-the-Spot” program, the customer gets his check, leaves the accident site and gets to choose the shop that will repair his/her car.

For security reasons, claims of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000) and below will be paid to the client on-the-spot at the accident site. For claims above P20,000, the client will be issued his damage estimate and he can get his claims check at the Monarch office on the same day.
