OVER A HUNDRED GUESTS FROM THE METRO’S ELITE circles graced the much-awaited grand opening of top-notch restaurant Huma Mediterranean Cuisine at the posh S Maison in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. Leading the ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open the restaurant were Nouda Mediterranean Cuisine Inc. owner Louisa El Chaer and brother executive chef Elias El Chaer, Lebanon consul Joe Assad and DOT-CAR regional director Marie Venus Tan. Guests were treated to a gastronomic spread of delectable appetizers, Lebanese cocktails and scrumptious dishes amidst a well-designed façade including Shisha pipes, custom-made glass lanterns highlighting the colorful interiors reflecting the rich culture of the countries around the Mediterranean Sea.
