A grand dimension for art
It was a stellar gathering of talents as a group of seasoned artists recently gathered at the Grand Ballroom of The Bellevue Manila to showcase their artworks in an exhibit entitled “Aggrandizing Dimension.” The Bellevue Manila, the best 5-star hotel at the heart of Southern Metro led by the brilliant general manager Patrick Chan and genial marketing and communications director Ryan Chan, served as an excellent venue to display the masterpieces for the benefit of the New Life Christian Center in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Congratulations to Patrick, Ryan and their efficient team for hosting another magnificent event for a cause! A tribute to Manila’s catwalk queens
It was truly a night of beautiful people at the launching of “Ramp Diva: Filipina” at The Gallery in Greenbelt 5. The coffee table book by fashion designer John Ablaza is a compilation of photos (then and now including anecdotes) of the country’s top fashion models from the late 60s to early 2000 as captured by some of Manila’s upcoming photographers with master lensman Wig Tysmans as one of the contributors. Among those seen at the launch were Aficionado Germany Perfume president and chief executive officer Joel Cruz, former models Tetta Ortiz-Matera and Sara Jane Paez-Santiago. Congratulations, John!
