A night of infinite perks

A night of good food, fine music and exceptional entertainment were in store for the discriminating clientele and VIP guests of the country’s premium post-paid mobile phone service provider, Smart Infinity. At the Turf Room of the Manila Polo Club, the lovely Infinity Business Group head Julie Carceller hosted a buffet dinner to thank loyal subscribers and introduce Infinity’s incomparable portfolio of services and perks to the exclusive members of the Manila Polo Club. Highlight of the evening was a raffle where former congressman Ramon “Dondon” Bagatsing Jr. won the grand prize of a Blackberry Bold 9900; Wilfredo Pamplona won a Blackberry 9300; and Carolyn Ching got the tickets to a Mamma Mia! performance at the Cultural Center of the Philippines. As its brand ambassador, let me thank Smart Infinity for all these enticing offers!

Shining bright for a worthwhile cause

Giving hope to those in need was the purpose of the Mother Butler Guild as they recently held an outreach and livelihood program for the benefit of a village in Cogeo, Antipolo City in Rizal. The meaningful project dubbed as The Star of Saint James, led by Denise Mañosa (seated, fourth from the left) with the support of lovely ladies (standing) Melody Vasquez, Jean Macavinta, Cynthia Arceo, (seated, from left) Lil Venturina, Lucille Calubaquib, Linda Jurilla, Boots Del Rosario and Tatis Castillo, aims to help the people from the village through improving their livelihood by making Christmas decors.
