The Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX) and Citibank, sponsored by Citi Foundation, recently recognized the most outstanding finance educators in the country. Professor Mary May Eulogio from the De La Salle University – Dasmariñas bagged the prestigious Outstanding Finance Educator (OFE) Regional award for Luzon and was proclaimed the 2010-2011 FINEX-Citibank Rafael B. Buenaventura Outstanding Finance Educator. Regional winners for the National Capital region included Rosemarie Gardiner-Buenconsejo (Far Eastern University) and doctor Elvira De Lara Tuprio (Ateneo de Manila University); for Visayas: doctor Challoner Matero (University of San Carlos) and for Mindanao: Jessie Salon (Xavier University).
