New outsourcing firm opens its doors for business

MANILA, Philippines - A new outsourcing provider named Technology Outsourcing Partners or TOP opens its doors to the Philippine and global market, offering top-notch, cost-effective and well-crafted solutions to clients’ technology outsourcing requirements.

Headquartered in Legaspi Village in Makati City, TOP is positioned as a knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) company created to cater to more clients both in and out of the country when it comes to creating value-for-money applications for many businesses.
