MANILA, Philippines - Employees of the National Electrification Administration (NEA) will soon be receiving and withdrawing their salaries conveniently following an accord between NEA and Philippine Veterans Bank (PVB). The bank will manage the payroll service of all NEA employees and it will also be installing an offsite ATM within the NEA office.
