Two-year CBA

MANILA, Philippines - Maybank Philippines Inc. (MPI) has closed recently a two-year collective bargaining agreement with the 500-strong members of the MPI Employees’ Union. It is in line with the Maybank’s goal to drive a positive behavioural change among employees; establish a ‘Pay-for-Performance’culture to promote excellence and high performance; and to have a win-win relationship among all parties that would result in increased productivity, better performance and a stronger partnership.
