BPI holidays during papal visit

MANILA, Philippines - In view of the declared special non-working days in the National Capital Region for the Papal visit, all branches of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and BPI Family Savings Bank (BPI Family Savings) in NCR will be closed on Jan. 15, 16 and 19. Please note that branches outside NCR shall have regular banking operations. Mall branches and kiosks with Saturday and/or Sunday operations will be open during the holiday weekend. Transactions that may be processed on these days are deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, buying and selling for foreign exchange, purchase of managers check (MCs), and account openings. BPI and BPI Family clients may also transact using the banks’ automated teller machines (ATMs), Express Deposit machines, Internet, mobile and phone banking channels (89-100) for convenience. While these electronic banking channels are available to clients, BPI encourages the public to complete all banking transactions ahead of the holidays.
