BPI puts up desks for OFWs
MANILA, Philippines - The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is honoring overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) at the new BPInoy Corners, a one-stop spot inside its branches that will cater to the needs of OFWs and their families. Dedicated sales associate will man the BPInoy Corners that will provide clients with professional guidance in remittance, loans, investments, and other financial needs. The initial launch of the BPinoy Corners is set-up on areas where there is a high population of OFWs. These are IloIlo (Solis branch), Cebu (Mango branch), and Cavite (Imus branch). “We at BPI aim to bridge time and distance barriers by giving quality and efficient banking service to our modern day heroes and their families. With the various programs BPI offers they make sure that every banking need of the OFWs from starting off to working abroad to retiring and returning home to their family is taken care off,” Natividad Alejo, BPI executive vice president, said.
