Asset mngm’t award

MANILA, Philippines - Bank of the Philippine Islands’ (BPI) Asset Management and Trust Group (AMTG) head Maria Theresa Marcial Javier was recently named one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Asian asset management. In receiving the award, Javier likewise recognized the AMTG for the team effort. The Asian Investor’s editorial staff, in consultation with senior industry practitioners, conducted the selection process resulting in a ‘short list’ with over a hundred names. The publication sought to focus on women who were either managing money or running asset management businesses, and excluded distributors and service providers.  Javier received the award from The Asian Investor last May 20 at the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong.
