MANILA, Philippines - The Laoag branch of Rang-ay Bank has moved to the Laoag City Commercial complex along J. P. Rizal St. Presently, Rang-ay Bank has a network of 25 branches spread in the six northern provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, La Union, Benguet and Pangasinan.
