Top taxpayer

MANILA, Philippines - Sun Life of Canada (Philippines)  Inc.  was  named  among  Olongapo  City’s  Most  Outstanding Business Taxpayers of the Year, ranking third among the 20 companies that were  recognized for honest  and prompt payments of their business taxes. Judy Ann Reguerra of Sun Life Financial’s Olongapo office received the award, which was personally presented by Mayor Rolen Paulino during  a  simple  ceremony  held recently at the Olongapo City hall. A similar recognition was earlier bestowed on Sun Life by the city of San Juan and the province of Iloilo, which both named the company as among the top business taxpayers in their respective areas.
