RCBC offers electronic access for trust clients

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The latest innovation from Rizal Commercial Banking Corp.’s (RCBC) Trust and Investments Group (TIG) now provides clients with a smarter solution to regularly monitor their investment portfolio.

With RCBC eTRUST, trust clients can access their investments and trust fund accounts with one click of a button. This Internet-based banking facility allows clients to view their statements of account (SOA) or financial statements (FS) online.

They may even inquire about the schedule of their contributions and withdrawals, update their account and contact details, enroll their other trust or investment management accounts (IMA), and download certain forms and documents.

RCBC first senior vice president and head of Trust and Investments Group Lourdes M. Ferrer said that clients could get regular updates on their trust or IMA while on the road or anywhere in the world. For investments in Rizal Unit Investment Trust Funds (Rizal UITFs), clients can view and even save a copy of the market value of all their placements on a daily basis.

“Soon, eTRUST will also be one of the many options of the RCBC AccessOne Internet banking portal to make transactions even more convenient for our customers,” Ferrer added.

RCBC trust clients may enroll their accounts by simply clicking the RCBC eTRUST tab found at the “Log-in to Internet Banking” portion of the RCBC homepage. They must complete the online enrollment form and submit it to their branch of account for endorsement and approval.

A confirmation message will then be sent to their registered e-mail address notifying them on the activation of their trust account.

The eTRUST facility is available to all interested trust clients, whether individual or corporate.
