AsianLife offers swipe card

MANILA, Philippines - AsianLife and General Assurance Corp. had introduced a swipe card called AsianLife Health card for faster accommodation and treatment of its 280,000 executives, employees and their dependents members with accredited health organizations. For medical consultations, the swipe card facility will automatically confirm the eligibility of a member, coming from the insurer’s 450 domestic and multinational corporations. For hospital admissions and certain laboratory procedures, the swipe card will provide instant approval of the laboratory request or admission. AsianLife also installed more than 130 point-of-sale (POS) terminals in its network of 870 hospitals and clinics.
