Tordesillas will also sit as a member of the company’s critical executive committee, credit underwriting committee and business growth forum. Maybank Kim Eng was renamed following Maybank’s acquisition of KimEng Holdings in 2011. In the Philippines, Maybank strengthened its presence through the increased shareholdings of Maybank KimEng in ATR KimEng last year, while retaining its entire management team led by ATR Holdings principals, Ramon Arnaiz, Manuel Tordesillas, and Lorenzo Roxas.
