New regional head

MANILA, Philippines - Maybank ATR KimEng Financial Corp. president and chief xecutive officer Manuel Tordesillas was named regional head for investment banking and advisory of Maybank KimEng. – a leading securities and investment broking group in Asia with 39 years of experience. Tordesillas will also sit as a member of the company’s critical executive committee, credit underwriting committee and business growth forum. Maybank Kim Eng was renamed following Maybank’s acquisition of KimEng Holdings in 2011. In the Philippines, Maybank strengthened its presence through the increased shareholdings of Maybank KimEng in ATR KimEng last year, while retaining its entire management team led by ATR Holdings principals, Ramon Arnaiz, Manuel Tordesillas, and Lorenzo Roxas. The group has an international presence, with an extensive network of offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Vietnam, London and New York, and organized under the five main pillars of investment banking and advisory, retail equities, institutional equities, derivatives and asset management.
